I was skeptical about 24 hours pills but I have taken them for 5 days and I've lost 7 lbs. I was 158 lbs the day before I took them and am now an even 145 lbs. Still looking to lose 10 more lbs! You will drink a lot of water, I go through 6-9 bottles of water a day. Make sure to keep eating even if the pill takes away your appetite.
