I've been using this for about 2 and a half weeks now so I can't attest to long term results, but I can say so far it seems to be working pretty good. Even when I don't get the chance to work out lida pills gives me much more energy so I still move around a lot doing chores and other things I'd normally have let slide. And it definitely curbs my appetite and makes me full faster. So far lost about 3 or 4 pounds and that's with minimal exercise. Read full review
