p57 hoodia WORKS!!! i bougth this product on monday been using it for 4 days and i already have lost 5 pounds, i was 155 pounds now 150 no exercise at all no special foods, drinking water but not a lot.. being mother of 3 girls 24/7 make it hard to exercise ill start walking tought.. ill write another post if i countinue to lose more, my goal is 125 wish me luck!!  Read full review

I've been taking it for just shy of four weeks and I'm now at 194 lbs. I've lost 17 lbs! The most slimming product is that I just don't think about food. It's like the hunger switch got turned off. I've gone from eating a big breakfast, a lot of snacks and a ton of drive-through fast food to eating a Balance Bar for breakfast, a grilled chicken salad for lunch and something small for dinner-- like a can of vegetarian chili. If I do snack I'll grab a handful of almonds, a banana or a couple carrots, and honestly, at times I have to remind myself to eat. I haven't had any side effects or the high/low blood sugar I always get when I diet. The truth is I don't even feel like I'm dieting because the process has been effortless. I only have 21 more pounds until I hit my goal weight and I'm calm and confident and I don't feel like there's any rush. That's a huge change for me. Hoodia P57 is definitely suppressing my appetite. I take this a few hours after breakfast and I feel perfectly fine not eating until late afternoon.
